The Influence Mechanism of Perceived Substitution of AI Technology on Human-AI Cooperation Intention in Workplace

摘要 基于情绪认知评价理论,考察了人工智能场景下的AI技术替代感对工作场所人与AI合作意愿的中介作用机制及其边界条件。通过对364份员工两阶段匹配的数据检验发现:AI技术替代感对工作场所人与AI合作意愿具有显著的负向影响;AI技术替代感通过引发AI焦虑进而降低人与AI的合作意愿;个体控制感会缓冲AI技术替代感对AI焦虑的正向影响,进而调节AI技术替代感通过AI焦虑对人与AI合作意愿的间接影响。低控制感个体在面临AI技术替代感时,更会体验到AI焦虑,进而产生较低的人与AI合作意愿。 Based on the theory of emotional cognitive evaluation,the mediating mechanism and boundary conditions of perceived substitution of AI technology on human-AI cooperation intention in the workplace were investigated.Through the test of the two-stage matching data of 364 employees,it is found that the perceived substitution of AI technology has a significant negative impact on human-AI cooperation intention in the workplace.Perceived substitution of AI technology reduces human-AI cooperation intention by causing AI anxiety;The sense of individual control can buffer the positive effects of perceived substitution of AI technology on AI anxiety,and then regulate the indirect effects of perceived substitution of AI technology on human-AI cooperation intention through AI anxiety.When individuals with a low sense of control are faced with perceived substitution of AI technology,they will more likely experience AI anxiety and thus have a lower human-AI cooperation intention.
