摘要
结合冷镦钢成分设计及铝脱氧的氧化物生成特点设计精炼渣,并在低碳钢生产浇次末期进行工业试验验证。验证表明:试验炉次渣流动性良好,能较大限度地吸附Al_(2)O_(3)夹杂,脱硫能力较好,钢水w[S]<0.010%,钢水的可浇性良好;在此精炼渣条件下,钢中全氧和夹杂物控制水平较好,w(T.O)在0.00097%~0.00204%间,夹杂物控制水平尤其是复合球形夹杂基本控制在1级以内;钢材1/4冷镦检测均无开裂或裂纹,试样表面良好。
Based on the composition design of cold heading steel and the characteristics of oxide generation in aluminum deoxidation,a refining slag was designed and validated through industrial experiments in the final stage of low-carbon steel production.Verification shows that the slag of the test furnace has good flowability,can adsorb Al_(2)O_(3) inclusions to a large extent,has good desulfurization ability,and the steel w[S]is less than 0.010%,indicating good castability of the steel.Under this refining slag condition,the control level of total oxygen and inclusions in the steel is relatively good,with w(T.O)ranging from 0.00097%to 0.00204%.The control level of inclusions,especially composite spherical inclusions,is basically controlled within level 1.The 1/4 cold heading test of the steel shows no cracking or cracking,and the surface of the sample is good.
