摘要
煤矿采煤工作面在回采过程中,需要对煤层中赋存的瓦斯进行抽采,要先抽后采,保证采煤工作面回采过程中瓦斯治理安全可靠。为减少人工工作量、加强采煤工作面瓦斯治理能力,现引入大数据的技术理念,采用大数据的技术手段,将瓦斯抽采过程中获得的基础数据代入算法模型,得到相应结果。通过对结果数据进行探索分析,获得新的数据分析手段,形成一种新的预警方式;能够在获取基础数据的同时,将需要的计算数据进行实时反馈;减少了日常瓦斯抽采分析中的人工工作量,大大提高了工作效率和安全保障能力。
During the mining process of a coal mining face,it is necessary to extract the gas stored in the coal seam,which must be extracted first and then to ensure safe and reliable gas management during the mining process.In order to reduce labor cost and enhance the gas control capability on working face,we introduce the technical concept of big data and adopt the technical means of big data to substitute the basic data obtained in the process of gas extraction into the algorithm model to obtain the corresponding results.The result data is explored and analyzed to obtain new data analysis means,forming a new early warning method,reducing the manual workload in daily gas extraction analysis,and greatly improving the work efficiency and safety ensuring capability.
