摘要
红色校史作为地方红色文化乃至我国文化体系中宝贵的精神财富,是新时代培育传道授业解惑“经”师与“人”师合一的红色“大先生”的鲜活资源库。师范院校应合理利用红色校史资源开展思想政治教育,加强理想信念教育,开展师德养成与师风建设,助力师范生坚定“四个自信”,从而筑牢红色教育兴国荣校的“根”与“魂”,发挥其启智润心、凝魂聚气、催人奋进的重要作用。
The history of red schools,as a precious spiritual wealth in local red culture and even in China's cultural system,is a vivid resource pool for cultivating and imparting knowledge,solving doubts,and integrating"classics"and"human"teachers in the new era.Normal universities should make reasonable use of the resources of red school history to carry out ideological and political education,strengthen education on ideals and beliefs,cultivate teacher ethics and conduct construction,help normal students firmly establish the"four confidences",and thus build the"roots"and"soul"of red education to promote the prosperity of the country and the school.They should play an important role in enlightening and moistening the heart,condensing the soul and gathering the energy,and urging people to strive forward.
