摘要
中成药平消胶囊由郁金、仙鹤草、五灵脂、白矾、硝石、干漆(制)、麸炒枳壳、马钱子粉组成,具有活血化瘀、散结消肿、解毒止痛的功效,主要用于辅助抗肿瘤治疗。迄今为止,已从平消胶囊中分离出89个生物碱类、黄酮类、有机酸类和酚类化合物,其中起关键作用的活性成分是生物碱和黄酮类化合物。现代药理学研究发现平消胶囊对甲状腺癌、肺癌、鼻咽癌、乳腺癌、消化道肿瘤等多种恶性肿瘤均有抑制作用,其抗肿瘤作用的主要机制包括靶向肿瘤细胞,具体表现为抑制肿瘤血管生成、调控肿瘤细胞增殖、凋亡和转移等,还包括作用于骨髓和免疫细胞提高机体免疫水平、协同其他抗癌药发挥增敏增效减毒作用。本文综述了平消胶囊用作抗肿瘤治疗的主要活性成分及作用机制的最新进展,旨在为后续深入挖掘平消胶囊抗肿瘤的有效物质、发挥其更大的临床应用价值提供参考。
Traditional Chinese medicine Pingxiao Capsule is composed of Yu Jin(Zingiberaceae),Xian He Cao(Rosaceae),Wu Ling Zhi(Feces trogopterus),Bai Fan(Alunite),Xiao Shi(Nitre),Gan Qi(Anacardiaceae),Zhi Ke(Rutaceae),Ma Qian Zi(Loganiaceae).It has the effects on activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,dispersing knots and swelling,detoxifying and relieving pain,and it is mainly used as adjunctive anti-tumor therapy.So far,89 alkaloids,flavonoids,organic acids and phenolic compounds have been isolated from Pingxiao Capsules,among which the key active ingredients are alkaloids and flavonoids.Modern pharmacology has found that Pingxiao Capsule has inhibitory effects on many malignant tumors,such as thyroid cancer,lung cancer,nasopharyngeal cancer,breast cancer,digestive tract tumors and so on.The main mechanism of its anti-tumor effect includes targeting tumor cells,which is specifically manifested as inhibiting tumor angiogenesis,regulating tumor cell proliferation,apoptosis and metastasis,etc.It also includes acting on bone marrow and immune cells to improve the level of immunity,and synergizing with other anticancer drugs to increase sensitivity,enhance efficacy and reduce the toxicity.This article reviews the latest progress of the main active ingredients and mechanism of action of Pingxiao Capsule in anti-tumor therapy,aiming to provide reference for the subsequent indepth excavation of the effective substances of Pingxiao Capsule in anti-tumor therapy and their greater clinical application value.
