摘要
高职院校肩负乡村振兴人才培养的重要使命,但在培养规格、培养观念、培养目标、培养内容和培养师资方面存在着诸多偏差,需进一步探索和完善。为破解现代农业桎梏,着力培养“下得去、留得住、干得好”的新农人,高职院校应深度理解“校地合作、育训结合”内涵,围绕“四层面”“三模块”和“两系统”来构建乡村振兴人才培养新模式,发掘和培育真正服务于乡村振兴的“土专家”“田秀才”,在推动乡村振兴、县域经济发展、城乡共同富裕中展现更大作为。
Higher vocational colleges bear a significant responsibility of cultivating talents for rural revitalization.However,there are various discrepancies in terms of training specifications,concepts,objectives,content,and faculty training,requiring further exploration and refinement.In order to break the constraints of modern agriculture and focus on cultivating new farmers who are“capable,sustainable,and proficient”to work in rural areas,higher vocational colleges should deeply understand the con⁃notation of“school-local cooperation and education-training integration”,build a new talent training model for rural revitalization at“four levels”through“three modules”and“two systems”,explore and cultivate“local experts”and“field talents”who can serve rural revitalization truly.This will enable them to contribute significantly to promoting rural revitalization,county economic development,and urban-rural shared prosperity.
