摘要
软土给基坑支护设计和施工带来较大的难度和风险,以珠海市斗门区某软土基坑为典型案例,通过分析基坑在开挖过程中支护桩变形异常的原因,并提出应对措施。研究表明:软土基坑支护桩变形异常的原因主要有淤泥深厚且分布不均、未及时浇筑垫层和底板以及临边荷载超限。根据异常原因提出了加厚垫层、加快底板施工、信息化施工和限制荷载等方面的应对措施,最后分析监测数据得出控制措施对软土基坑支护桩变形控制效果显著,满足施工要求。研究结果可为类似软土基坑设计和施工提供借鉴。
Soft soil poses significant difficulties and risks to the design and construction of foundation pit support.This article takes a soft soil foundation pit in Doumen District,Zhuhai City as a typical case,analyzes the causes of abnormal deformation of support piles during excavation,and proposes corresponding measures.Research has shown that the main causes of abnormal deformation of soft soil foundation pit support piles are thick and unevenly distributed silt,failure to pour cushion and bottom plates in a timely manner,and exceeding the limit of edge load.Based on the abnormal reasons,measures were proposed to thicken the cushion layer,accelerate the construction of the bottom plate,carry out information construction,and limit the load.Finally,monitoring data was analyzed to determine that the control measures have a significant effect on the deformation control of soft soil foundation pit support piles,meeting the construction requirements.The research results can provide reference for the design and construction of similar soft soil foundation pits.
