摘要
多糖是澳洲坚果果壳中的主要活性物质之一,具有抗肿瘤、调节人体免疫、降血脂等功效。本文采用水提法回流提取的方式,提取澳洲坚果果壳中的多糖,用苯酚-硫酸法,通过UV-1800紫外分光光度计测定了坚果果壳中多糖的吸光度,得出了线性回归方程,计算了多糖提取率。结果表明,澳洲坚果多糖的最优提取工艺条件为:提取时间4h,提取温度90℃,料液比1∶40(g∶mL),此条件下澳洲坚果果壳多糖的得率为5.35%。
As one of the main active substances in the shell of macadamia nut,polysaccharide had the effects of anti-tumor,regulating human immunity and lowering blood lipids.In this paper,the extraction technology of polysaccharides from macadamia shell was studied.The absorbance of polysaccharides in macadamia shell was determined with UV-1800 by phenol-sulfuric photometer method,the linear regression equation was obtained,the content of polysaccharide was calculated and the extraction rate was obtained.The optimum extraction conditions were:extraction time was 4h,extraction temperature was 90℃,ratio of material to liquid was 1:40.At this time,the extraction rate of macadamia shell polysaccharide was 5.35%.
