基于稀疏度自适应的RIS辅助无线通信系统信道估计

摘要 对于RIS辅助的无线通信系统中信道估计算法的研究,提出了DS-SAMP算法,与已有的DS-OMP算法相比,DSSAMP算法应用毫米波信道在角度域的双结构稀疏性,采用SAMP算法进行信号恢复,通过设置合理的步长和阈值使得在运行过程中不需要稀疏度等先验条件,扩宽算法的应用范围。仿真结果显示,DS-SAMP算法能在稀疏度未知的条件下将信号稳定恢复,完成相应信道估计,有显著优势。 For the research on channel estimation algorithms for reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS)-assisted wirelesscommunication system, double structured sparse adaptive matching pursuit (DS-SAMP) algorithm is proposed.Compared with the existing DS-OMP algorithm, DS-SAMP algorithm leverages the dual structure sparsity inthe angular domain of millimeter wave channels, where the SAMP algorithm is used for signal recovery. Bysetting reasonable step size and threshold value, the prior conditions such as sparsity are not required in therunning process, and the application scope of the algorithm is expanded. The simulation results show that theDS-SAMP algorithm can steadily recover the signal and complete the corresponding channel estimation underthe condition of unknown sparsity, demonstrating significant advantages of the proposed algorithm.
