摘要
以上海新华医院为例,探索建设业务系统和财务系统整合的运营数据中心。整个建设过程分为“数字财务”“智能财务”“智慧财务”三个阶段,采取进阶式执行,分别完成后台基础底座搭建、中台数据抽取治理和前台可视化智能应用,取得了显著的成效,为行业内推广提供了经验借鉴。
Taking Shanghai Xinhua Hospital as an example,the construction of an operational data center integrating business and finance systems has been explored.The whole construction process is divided into three phases:digital finance,intelligent finance and smart finance.The construction is implemented in a progressive manner,including completing the back-end basic foundation,the middle-end data extraction and governance,and the front-end visualization and intelligence applications,which has achieved significant results and provides experience and reference for industry promotion.
