摘要
目的探讨醒脑静注射液对脑出血(ICH)患者中医证候积分及氧化应激反应的影响。方法择取2021年1月-2023年8月在鄱阳工业园区医院接受诊治的ICH患者97例,用随机数字法分成两组,常规组49例、治疗组48例。常规组予以西药常规治疗,治疗组在其基础上予以醒脑静注射液治疗,对比两组中医证候积分、氧化应激反应、炎症反应及血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S100-β蛋白(S100-β)水平。结果治疗后,两组主、次症及总分均降低,且治疗组主、次症及总分较常规组低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组丙二醛与MPO均降低,SOD均增加,且治疗组丙二醛、MPO与SOD较常规组改善更优(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IL-1β、TNF-α与hs-CRP均降低,且治疗组IL-1β、TNF-α与hs-CRP较常规组低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组S100-β与NSE水平均降低,且治疗组S100-β与NSE较常规组低(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液治疗ICH能抑制炎症及氧化应激反应,调节血清S100-β与NSE,降低中医证候积分。
Objective To explore the effect of Xingnaojing Injection on Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome integration and oxidative stress response in patients with cerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Method 97 patients with ICH who received treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:the conventional group(49 cases)and the treatment group(48 cases).The conventional group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the treatment group received Xingnaojing injection treatment on the basis of it.Compared between the two groups,the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score,oxidative stress response,inflammatory response,serum neuron specific enolase(NSE),S100-βProtein(S100-β)Horizontal.Results After treatment,the main,secondary,and total scores of both groups decreased,and the main,secondary,and total scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05);both groups showed a decrease in malondialdehyde and MPO,while SOD increased.The treatment group showed better improvement in malondialdehyde,MPO,and SOD compared to the conventional group(P<0.05);after treatment,two groups of IL-1β,TNF-αand hs-CRP decreased,and compared with the conventional group,the treatment group IL-1β,TNF-αhs-CRP were lower(P<0.05);after treatment,two groups of S100-βand NSE levels decreased,and compared with the conventional group,the treatment group had S100-β,NSE were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnaojing Injection can inhibit inflammation and oxidative stress response in the treatment of ICH,and regulate serum S100-βand NSE,reduce Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores.
