摘要
王金权教授认为多囊卵巢综合征的病位在肝、脾、肾三脏,病性证候以气郁、血虚、阴虚、痰湿、血瘀、湿热为主,临床上辨证分型可有肝郁肾虚型、脾肾两虚型、痰瘀互结型、痰热互结型。王金权教授在多年的临床实践中发现肝郁肾虚型多囊卵巢综合征常见,治疗上以疏肝解郁、补肾填精为治疗大法,结合月经周期变化规律,并注重患者心理疏导,灵活用药,临床疗效显著。
Professor Wang Jinquan believes that the disease location of polycystic ovary syndrome is in the liver,spleen and kidney.The disease syndromes are mainly qi depression,blood deficiency,yin deficiency,phlegm dampness,blood stasis and damp heat.Clinical syndrome differentiation can be liver depression and kidney deficiency type,spleen and kidney deficiency type,phlegm and blood stasis type,phlegm and heat type.Professor Wang has found that polycystic ovary syndrome with liver depression and kidney deficiency is common in many years of clinical practice.The treatment is based on soothing the liver and relieving depression,tonifying the kidney and filling the essence,combined with the changes of menstrual cycle,and paying attention to patients'psychological counseling and flexible medication.The clinical effect is remarkable.
