摘要
目的:观察益气活血方治疗萎缩性胃炎(CAG)伴肠上皮化生(IM)的临床疗效。方法:对2021年7月—2022年7月淄博市妇幼保健院诊治的30例CAG伴IM气虚血瘀证患者的一般资料展开回顾性分析,所有患者均采用益气活血方加减治疗。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后患者胃黏膜组织评分(胃黏膜充血水肿、红白相间、胆汁反流、血管网显露、腺体萎缩、肠上皮化生、异型增生)及中医证候积分均降低,胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)、胃泌素17(G-17)、胃动素(MOT)水平升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除率为90.00%(27/30),未出现肝肾功能异常等不良反应。结论:益气活血方治疗CAG伴IM患者效果显著,可改善患者症状体征,促进Hp根除,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Formula in the treatment of chronic atrophic(CAG)gastritis with intestinal metaplasia(IM).Methods:The general data of 30 CAG patients with IM with syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis diagnosed and treated in Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Zibo from July 2021 to July 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with modified Yiqi Huoxue Formula.Results:Compared with those before treatment,the scores of gastric mucosa tissue,including congestion and edema,red alternating with white,bile reflux,vascular network exposure,gastric gland atrophy,intestinal metaplasia,dysplasia,and TCM syndrome scores were decreased after treatment.The levels of PGⅠ,PGⅡ,G-17 and MOT increased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)was 90.00%(27/30),and no adverse reactions such as abnormal liver and kidney function were observed.Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Formula is effective in the treatment of CAG with IM,which can improve the symptoms and signs of patients,promote Hp eradication,and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
