摘要
毒蛇咬伤是临床常见的夏、秋季高发急症之一,起病急、进展快,若救治不及时或处理不当可导致伤口或患肢疼痛、肿胀、坏死和溃疡,甚至出现全身中毒表现乃至死亡。及时、正确、有效的早期伤口护理是毒蛇咬伤救治成功的关键,可促进伤口愈合,减轻中毒症状,降低伤残率。本文就毒蛇咬伤后伤口识别和评估、早期伤口急救护理、伤口相关并发症护理方面进行综述,旨在为毒蛇咬伤患者的早期伤口护理提供参考。
Venomous snakebite is one of the most common clinical emergencies in summer and autumn,with acute onset and rapid progress,if the treatment is not timely or improper,it can lead to pain,swelling,ulcer or necrosis of the wound or the affected limb,even systemic poisoning and death.Timely,correct and effective early wound care can promote wound healing,alleviate poisoning symptoms and reduce disability rate,which is the key to successful treatment of venomous snakebite.This article reviews the recognition and assessment of wound after venomous snakebite,early wound emergency care and wound related complications nursing,aiming to provide a reference for early wound care of patients with venomous snakebite.
