摘要
目的探讨泡沫敷料对糖尿病足(DF)患者相关炎性指标和创面愈合疗效的影响及其临床意义。方法选取2020~2023年广西医科大学第二附属医院收治的DF患者90例,患者创面均通过泡沫敷料治疗,比较使用泡沫敷料前后1~2周的白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、淋巴细胞百分比等相关炎性指标水平的变化,记录换药次数、疼痛评分,计算创面愈合率,以此判定泡沫敷料的治疗效果。结果患者使用泡沫敷料后的平均换药次数均少于使用泡沫敷料前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。使用泡沫敷料前患者的疼痛评分与使用泡沫敷料后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者使用泡沫敷料前的1~2周创面愈合率均低于使用泡沫敷料后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者使用泡沫敷料后1~2周的白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比等相关炎性指标逐渐降低,淋巴细胞百分比逐渐升高,与使用泡沫敷料前比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论泡沫敷料可减少伤口换药次数,减轻患者换药时的疼痛感,发挥抗菌作用,抑制炎症反应的反复发生,可减缓DF创面的进一步恶化。
Objective To investigate the effect of foam dressing on relevant inflammatory indexes and wound healing efficacy of diabetic foot(DF)patients and its clinical significance.Methods 90 DF patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from 2020 to 2023 were collected,and the changes in inflammatory indexes such as white blood cell counts,neutrophil percentages,lymphocyte percentages and so on before and after the use of foam dressing were compared for 1-2 weeks,and the number of dressing changes and pain scores were recorded,and the healing rate of wounds was calculated,so as to determine the therapeutic efficacy of the foam dressing.Results The average number of dressing changes after the use of foam dressing was less than that before the use of foam dressing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores of patients before the use of foam dressing were statistically different from those after the use of foam dressing(P<0.05).The wound healing rate of patients 1-2 weeks before the use of foam dressing was lower than that after the use of foam dressing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relevant inflammatory indexes such as white blood cell count and neutrophil percentage gradually decreased and lymphocyte percentage gradually increased in patients 1-2 weeks after using foam dressing,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Foam dressing can reduce the number of wound dressing changes,alleviate the pain of patients during dressing changes,exert antimicrobial effects,inhibit the recurrence of inflammatory reactions,and can slow down the further deterioration of DF wounds.
