摘要
陈华德教授认为小儿视神经萎缩病机关键在于玄府闭塞,脉络不畅,无论实证的肝郁气滞、气滞血瘀证,或是虚证的气血亏虚、肝肾不足证以及虚实夹杂的阴虚火旺证,皆可引起精血不能循经上达瞳目,目窍失润。陈教授主张针刺治疗重在辨证论治、任督两经同取、经穴远近配伍。因为幼童形体稚嫩,陈教授运用多针浅刺手法,联合头皮针长留针法、耳穴压豆和耳尖穴放血,临床疗效满意。附案例1则,以资验证。
Professor CHEN Huade believes that the key to optic nerve atrophy in children lies in invisible minute pores blockage and clogged vessel,and is related to the lack of natural endowment in children.Moreover,children have delicate bodies and are susceptible to the entry of evil spirits into their bodies.Therefore,the disease is divided into 5 syndrome types:deficiency of liver and kidney,deficiency of both qi and blood,qi stagnation and blood stasis,stagnation of liver and qi,hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency.Professor CHEN holds that the focus of acupuncture treatment is selecting points based on syndrome differentiation,adjusting governor vessel and conception vessel,and distal proximal point combination.Because of the delicate form of children,professor CHEN uses the technique of multiple shallow needling,combining with scalp acupuncture therapy for a long time,ear pressure therapy and Erjian(EX-HN6)blood letting therapy,to achieve satisfactory clinical results.One medical case is presented for verification.
