摘要
金属材料工程专业旨在培养具备扎实金属材料相关理论知识、良好人文和科学素养、较强工程实践能力的应用型高级工程技术与管理人才。近年来,随着社会、科技和经济的发展,原有的人才培养模式已经不能满足社会和产业发展的需求,这就对人才培养提出了更高的要求。为推进专业建设,强化专业特色,提高人才培养质量,满足社会和行业需求,在前期工作的基础上,提出了金属材料专业“产—研—训—赛—润”五维一体人才培养模式。阐述了该模式的内涵与阶段性建设成果。
The major of metal materials engineering aims to cultivate application-oriented senior engineering technology and management talents with solid theoretical foundation of metal materials,good humanistic and scientific literacy,and strong engineering practice ability.In recent years,with the development of society,science and technology and economy,the traditional talent training mode has been unable to meet the needs of social and industrial development,which puts forward higher requirements for talent training.In order to promote professional construction,strengthen professional characteristics,improve the quality of personnel training,and meet the needs of society and industry,on the basis of previous work,a five-dimensional integrated personnel training model of"production-research-training-competition-infiltration"was proposed for metal materials majors.This paper expounds the connotation of the model and the stage construction results.
