摘要
侧板式DSJ系列带式输送机的2个传动滚筒嵌套在2个侧板之间,而且其径向距离较小,给安装温度传感器和自动洒水装置带来了很大的困难,尤其是在煤矿井下正在使用的DSJ系列带式输送机侧板上没有预留安装孔。经过对侧板式DSJ系列带式输送机机头传动部的结构进行分析研究,提供了2种不同的温度传感器和自动洒水装置的安装方法,并对这2种方法进行可行性分析。
The two driving rollers of the DSJ series side plate belt conveyor are nested between the two side plates,and the radial distance is small,which brings great difficulty to the installation of temperature sensor and automatic sprinkler,in particular,the DSJ series belt conveyor is being used in the coal mine,its side plate does not have a reserved installation hole.Through the analysis and research on the structure of the driving part of the head of DSJ series side plate belt conveyor,two different installation methods of temperature sensor and automatic sprinkler were provided,the feasibility of these two methods wasanalyzed.
