摘要
在全面推进依法治国的新时代,法治人才培养的重要性日益凸显,培养高质量复合型法治人才则是党和国家对新时代加强法学教育的基本要求,而此类人才培养的关键在于提升法学实践教学质量。但当前我国法学实践教学质量存在法学实践课程设置不够科学、法学实践教学实施效果欠佳、产学融合协同育人在实践教学中未受到足够重视等问题,需要采取相关改革措施提升法学实践教学质量。具体来看,高校可以通过引入智慧课堂来优化法学实践课程设置,引进现代化技术助力法学实践教学,大力推进产学融合实现协同育人,以促进学生的实践能力培养、专业素养提升和综合能力发展。
In the new era of comprehensively advancing the rule of law,the importance of cultivating legal talents is increasingly prominent.Cultivating high-quality compound legal talents is the basic requirement of the Party and the state to strengthen legal education in the new era,and the key to such talent cultivation lies in improving the quality of legal practical teaching.However,there are problems in the current quality of legal practical teaching in China,such as the insufficient scientific setting of legal practical courses,the unsatisfactory implementation effect of legal practical teaching,and the insufficient attention to the integration of industry,academia,and education in practical teaching.Relevant reform measures need to be taken to improve the quality of legal practical teaching.Specifically,universities can optimize the setting of legal practical courses by introducing smart classrooms,introduce modern technology to assist legal practical teaching,vigorously promote the integration of industry,academia,and education to achieve collaborative education,and promote the development of students’practical ability,professional literacy,and comprehensive abilities.
