摘要
目的 优选黄芩炭的最佳炮制工艺。方法 在单因素实验基础上选取合适的实验因素水平并采用L_9(3~4)正交实验设计,以总黄酮含量及黄芩素含量为指标,优选出黄芩炭的最佳炮制工艺,并进行工艺验证。结果 黄芩炭的最佳炮制工艺为炮制温度220℃,炮制时间为12min,炮制时的翻炒频率为20次/min。结论 该实验优选出的黄芩炭最佳炮制工艺稳定可行,可为黄芩炭的质量控制提供参考。
Objective To select the best preparation process for Scutellaria Radix Charcoal.Methods On the basis of single-factor experiments,the appropriate level of experimental factors was selected and L9(34)orthogonal experimental design was used,and the best processing process of Scutellaria Radix Charcoal was selected with total flavonoid content and baicalein content as reference,and verified.Results The optimum concoction process for Scutellaria Radix Charcoal was 220℃,the concoction time was 12 min,and the frequency of stir-frying was 20 times/min.Conclusion The best concoction process for Scutellaria Radix Charcoal selected in this experiment is stable and feasible,and can provide a reference for the quality control of Scutellaria Radix Charcoal.
