摘要
目的:分析青海省妇女儿童医院喹诺酮类抗菌药的合理用药及不良反应发生情况。方法:回顾性分析2022年5月—2023年5月青海省妇女儿童医院收治的210例使用喹诺酮类抗菌药的患者临床资料,分析喹诺酮类抗菌药临床用药情况、不合理用药原因及不良反应发生情况。结果:210例患者中,诺氟沙星使用频率最高,占比37.14%;第2位为依诺沙星,占比29.52%;第3位为氧氟沙星,占比16.19%。共有13例患者存在不合理使用药物情况,占比6.19%。不合理用药的首要原因为用药方法不当,占比38.46%;其次为剂量不当,占比30.77%。共有21例患者在使用抗菌药物期间发生了不良反应,占比为10.00%。胃肠道反应发生率最高,占比33.33%;其次为过敏与乏力,均占比23.81%。结论:青海省妇女儿童医院喹诺酮类抗菌药中,诺氟沙星使用频率最高,易因用药方法、剂量不当而发生不合理用药情况,药物使用中常见不良反应为胃肠道反应、过敏与乏力。为确保药物的使用合理性以及安全性,需要明确药物的药理药性及使用剂量。
Objective:To analyze the rational use of quinolones and the occurrence of adverse reactions in Women and Children's Hospital of Qinghai Province.Methods:The clinical data of 210 patients treated with quinolone antibiotics were retrospectively analyzed in Qinghai Women and Children's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023,and the clinical use of quinolone antibiotics,the reasons for irrational use and the occurrence of adverse reactions were analyzed.Results:Among 210 patients,the using frequency of norfloxacin was the highest,accounting for 37.14%;The second was enoxacin,accounting for 29.52%;The third was ofloxacin,accounting for 16.19%.A total of 13 patients had irrational drug use,accounting for 6.19%.The main reason of irrational drug use was improper drug use method,accounting for 38.46%;The second was improper dosage,accounting for 30.77%.A total of 21 patients had adverse reactions during the use of antibiotics,accounting for 10.00%.The incidence of gastrointestinal reaction was the highest,accounting for 33.33%.Followed by allergy and fatigue,both accounted for 23.81%.Conclusion:Among the quinolone antibiotics in Qinghai Women's and Children's Hospital,norfloxacin is the most frequently used,which is easy to cause irrational drug use due to improper medication methods and dosages.The common adverse reactions in drug use are gastrointestinal reactions,allergy and fatigue.In order to ensure the rationality and safety of drug use,it is necessary to clarify the pharmacological properties and dosages of drugs.
