摘要
目的:探讨个性化护理在无气腹单孔后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7—8月中山大学肿瘤防治中心收治的拟行无气腹单孔后腹腔镜术的肾上腺肿瘤患者70例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组围术期应用常规护理,观察组围术期应用个性化护理。比较两组手术情况、术后情况、住院费用及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组止痛药物使用时间、引流管留置时间、术后住院时间短于对照组,血红蛋白减少量小于对照组,住院费用少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038)。结论:个性化护理可缩短手术时间,减轻手术损伤,加速术后恢复,降低住院费用,减少并发症发生风险。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of personalized nursing in the resection of adrenal tumors by single hole retroperitoneal laparoscopic without pneumoperitoneum.Methods:A total of 70 patients with adrenal tumor who were expected to undergo non-pneumoabdominal single-hole retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery were selected as the study objects in Cancer Prevention and Treatment Center of Sun Yat-sen University from July to August 2021,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing during perioperative period,and the observation group received personalized nursing during perioperative period.The operation,postoperative situation,hospitalization cost and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and the amount of bleeding during operation was less than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of analgesic drug use,drainage tube retention time and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the reduction of hemoglobin was smaller than that in the control group,the hospitalization cost was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038).Conclusion:Personalized nursing can shorten the operation time,reduce the surgical injury,accelerate the postoperative recovery,reduce the hospitalization cost and reduce the risk of complications.
