摘要
目的探讨桌面推演在护生成批伤救治应急能力培养中的应用效果。方法选取在广西医科大学第二附属医院急诊科实习的本科护生作为研究对象,对照组采用PPT案例讲授教学法,观察组采用桌面推演教学法,比较两组护生评判性思维能力、突发公共卫生事件核心应急能力及教学满意度。结果观察组评判性思维能力、突发公共卫生事件核心应急能力、教学满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桌面推演教学法可显著提升护生评判性思维能力、应急能力,调动其学习成批伤救治的积极性、主动性及参与性,护生教学满意度较高。
Objective To explore the application effect of desktop maneuvers in training of nursing students′first aid ability in mass injury treatment.Methods Nursing undergraduates interning in the emergency department of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were selected as the research subjects.The control group received the PPT case teaching method,while the observation group received desktop maneuvers pedagogy.And then,the research group could compare the critical thinking ability and core first aid ability for public health emergencies,and teaching satisfaction of the nursing students between the two groups.Results The critical thinking ability,core first aid ability and teaching satisfaction of the observation group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The desktop maneuvers pedagogy can significantly improve the nursing students′critical thinking ability and first aid ability,and mobilize their enthusiasm,initiative and participation in mass injury treatment.Therefore,it can obtain higher teaching satisfaction among nursing students.
