摘要
目的:探究常规疗法联合扶正祛风化痰方对感染后慢性咳嗽(脾肺阴虚)患者的疗效影响。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年2月我院门诊108例感染后慢性咳嗽(脾肺阴虚)患者,随机分为对照组(54例,常规疗法)和研究组(54例,联合扶正祛风化痰方),分析两组临床疗效、症状积分和生命质量。结果:研究组联合治疗后总有效率为96.30%(52/54),明显高于对照组的79.63%(43/54),差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.083,P=0.008);治疗后研究组咳嗽、易感冒、乏力及咯痰的症状积分均明显低于对照组(t=17.582、5.454、3.602、7.973,P=0.000);治疗后研究组生理健康、心理健康及社会功能3项生命质量评分均明显高于对照组(t=3.938、3.725、5.380,P=0.000)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上联合扶正祛风化痰方对感染后脾肺阴虚型慢性咳嗽进行治疗,可以有效改善咳嗽等临床症状并进一步加强治疗效果,进而改善生活质量。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of routine therapy combined with Fuzheng Qufeng Huatan recipe on patients with chronic cough(spleen and lung yin deficiency)after infection.Methods:108 patients with chronic cough(spleen and lung yin deficiency)after infection in the outpatient clinic of our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were randomly divided into control group(n=54,routine therapy)and research group(n=54,combined with Fuzheng Qufeng Huatan recipe).The clinical efficacy,symptom score and quality of life of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the study group after combined treatment was 96.30%(52/54),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 79.63%(43/54),and the difference was statistically different(χ2=7.083,P=0.008).After treatment,the symptom scores of cough,easy cold,fatigue and expectoration in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=17.582,5.454,3.602,7.973,P=0.000).After treatment,the scores of physical health,mental health and social function in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=3.938,3.725,5.380,P=0.000).Conclusion:On the basis of routine treatment,combined with Fuzheng Qufeng Huatan recipe to treat chronic cough with spleen and lung yin deficiency after infection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms such as cough and further strengthen the therapeutic effect,and then improve the quality of life.
