摘要
基于2006-2019年全国31个省(市、自治区)的面板数据,通过构建耦合协调模型测度城乡基本公共教育服务均等化与乡村振兴的耦合协调水平,运用Dagum基尼系数、kernel密度估计和二次指派程序(QAP)分析两系统耦合协调的时空分异格局、分布动态演进及驱动机制。研究发现:我国城乡基本公共教育服务均等化与乡村振兴的耦合协调度处于勉强协调阶段,呈现“东高西低”的空间分布特征,“京津-长三角”沿线成为耦合协调度高值集聚区;耦合协调度的地区差异呈缩小趋势,地区间差异是总体差异的主要来源,东部、中部和东北地区两系统耦合协调发展存在极化现象;制度驱动、经济驱动、政府驱动对耦合协调度的地区差异具有显著的正向促进作用。因此,应重视基本公共教育服务融入乡村振兴战略布局;加强城乡基本公共教育服务均等化与乡村振兴耦合协调发展的省际协同建设;在创新发展中提升中西部地区城乡基本公共教育服务均等化与乡村振兴耦合协调发展水平。
Based on data from 31 provinces between 2006 and 2019,a model was used to evaluate the coupling and coordination degree between the equalization of urban and rural public education and rural revitalization,and further explored its spatial and temporal patterns,evolution,and driving mechanisms.The study found that the two systems are barelycoordinated,with a spatial distribution characterized by“high in the east and low in the west”,especially along the“Beijing-Tianjin-Yangtze River Delta”corridor.Although regional differences in coupling and coordination have narrowed,they still dominate,and polarization trends are evident in the coordinated development of the eastern,central,and northeastern regions.Institutions,economy,and government significantly promote regional coordination.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the strategic position of public education in rural revitalization,deepen inter-provincial collaboration,and especially enhance the coordinated development level in central and western regions.
