新时代中国特色民族教育高质量发展的实践进路

A Practice Approach of High-Quality Development of Ethnic Education with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era

摘要 中国特色民族教育事关第二个百年奋斗目标和中华民族伟大复兴的实现。在新时代教育高质量发展背景下,为探索中国特色民族教育积极响应党关于全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程战略部署与新时代党的民族工作系列重大决策的实践导向与进路,本研究遵循“确立导向—强化关键—创新发展”的实践逻辑,从奠定中国特色民族教育发展基调、铸牢中国特色民族教育发展生命线、扎实推进中国特色民族教育发展进程三个维度,坚持党的全面领导、把握社会主义办学方向、坚守以人民为中心、稳固优先发展地位、维护民族团结进步、铸牢中华民族共同体意识、推动各民族共同繁荣发展、守中国特色之“正”、创高质量发展之“新”九个方面,较为全面地构建了新时代中国特色民族教育高质量发展的实践进路。 Ethnic education with Chinese characteristics is related to the realization of the second century goal and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Under the background of the new era of education with high quality development,in order to explore the national education with Chinese characteristics actively response to the Party's country new journey strategic deployment about the comprehensive construction of socialism modernization and the new era of national work of major decision practice guidance and approach,the research adopts the practical logic of"establishing guidance,strengthening key points,innovation and development".The article proposes to comprehensively construct the practice of high-quality development of ethnic education with Chinese characteristics in the new era from three dimensions and nine aspects.The three dimensions include to establish the key elements for development,to solidify the lifeline for the development of ethnic education with Chinese characteristics,and to steadily promote the development process of ethnic education with Chinese characteristics.The nine aspects include to adhere to the overall leadership of the Party,control the socialist direction of school operation,adhere to being people-oriented,stabilize the priority of development,safeguard ethnic unity and progress,solidify sense of community of the Chinese nation,promote the common prosperity and development of all ethnic groups,uphold the"positiveness"with Chinese characteristics,and make""innovation"of high-quality development.
