摘要
新时期体育教学要顺应时代发展趋势,为了更好地使学生在大学阶段达成身心健康的目标,许多高校都在推进体育课程建设与改革。冰雪运动因其较强的观赏性与娱乐性,有助于促进学生在冬季参与体育锻炼,增进身心健康,激发运动潜能,具有在高校深入开展相关课程的价值和必要。通过分析高校在冰雪运动课程的软硬件条件、设计与实施、反馈与评价等方面的基础架构,明确高校冰雪运动课程的建设方向。提出增强课程内容与教学方法的现代化与多元化、重视冰雪体育教师的专业化培养、深入挖掘冰雪运动文化内涵等优化策略,旨在为高校体育教育改革提供路径参考,为未来冰雪运动在全社会范围内的推广普及提供理论借鉴。
In the new era,physical education should follow the development trend of the times.In order to better help students achieve their physical and mental health goals during their university years,many colleges and universities are promoting the development and reform of physical education courses.Ice and snow sports,because of its strong entertainment value and the ability to promote student participation in winter sports,they can enhance physical and mental health,and stimulate sports potential,they also have the value and necessity of being extensively developed in related courses at colleges and universities.By analyzing the infrastructure of colleges and universities in terms of hardware and software conditions,design and implementation,feedback and evaluation in ice and snow sports courses,the direction of development for colleges and universities ice and snow sports courses is clarified.Strategies to enhance the modernization and diversification of course content and teaching methods,emphasize the professional development of ice and snow sports teachers,and explore the cultural connotations of ice and snow sports in depth are proposed.The aim is to provide a reference for the reform of physical education in colleges and universities and theoretical guidance for the future promotion and popularization of ice and snow sports in society as a whole.
