架空乘人装置变坡点掉绳保护装置检测方法的优化分析

摘要 针对架空乘人装置的部分结构特征,结合自身的相关工作经验就现有的检测方法进行深入研究和探讨,对架空乘人装置掉绳保护装置的工作原理和动作过程以及目前现有的检测检验方法进行阐述和说明,并在现有检测检验方法的基础上再进行优化,提出相对较为合理的改进方案,再对改进后的检测方法和辅助装置进行详细的阐述说明。 In view of some structural characteristics of the overhead passenger device,combined with its own relevant work experience,the existing detection methods are deeply studied and discussed.The working principle and action process of the rope-dropping protection device of the overhead passenger device and the existing detection and inspection methods are described and explained.On the basis of the existing detection and inspection methods,the optimization is carried out,and a relatively reasonable improvement scheme is proposed,and then the improved detection method and auxiliary device are described in detail.
