摘要
目的:探讨基于电话随访的延续性护理对冠心病患者应用他汀类药物依从性、心功能及生活质量的影响。方法:回顾性分析本院在2021年5月—2022年12月收治的110例冠心病患者,根据不同护理方法分为对照组(n=55)和观察组(n=55)。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以基于电话随访的延续性护理。比较两组护理后他汀类药物服药依从性、心功能、生活质量及心血管不良事件发生情况。结果:护理后,观察组服药依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组左心室射血分数(LVEF)、西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组左心室舒张末期内径(LVDD)、心血管不良事件发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于电话随访的延续性护理可有效提高冠心病患者他汀类药物服药依从性,改善患者心功能,提高生活质量水平,降低心血管不良事件发生概率。
Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on telephone follow-up on statin compliance,cardiac function and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 110 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to December 2022 was divided into control group(n=55)and observation group(n=55)according to different nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given continuous nursing based on telephone follow-up on the basis of the control group.The statin medication compliance,cardiac function,quality of life and cardiovascular adverse events were compared between the two groups after nursing.Results:After nursing,the medication compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDD)and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing based on telephone follow-up can effectively improve the compliance of statins in patients with coronary heart disease,improve the cardiac function of patients,improve the quality of life,and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events.
