摘要
组织文化是组织成员共有的信念、价值观和行为模式。文章阐述了组织文化的内涵与重要性,分析了科研机构组织文化建设对促进科技创新的作用,总结了中国农业科学院植物保护研究所加强组织文化建设的主要做法与取得的成效,从鼓励全员参与、注重深层次内容建设、加强长期积累等方面提出了加强科研机构组织文化建设的建议。
Organizational culture is the beliefs,values and behavioral patterns shared by members of an organization.The article explained the connotation and importance of organizational culture,analyzed the role of organizational culture construction in scientific research institutions in promoting scientific and technological innovation,summarized the main practices and achievements of the Institute of Plant Protection of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in strengthening organizational culture construction,and put forward suggestions for strengthening organizational culture construction in scientific research institutions from the perspective of encouraging the participation of all staff members,focusing on the construction of deep-rooted content,and strengthening long-term accumulation.
