摘要
质子交换膜燃料电池是一种化学能转换成电能且清洁、可靠、高效的能源装置,其耐久性是阻碍其商业化的最大难题,其中极板是质子交换膜燃料电池关键部件之一。质子交换膜燃料电池工作条件为酸性环境,金属极板腐蚀会产生离子导致催化剂中毒和失活,或氧化金属极板形成钝化膜,引起界面接触电阻增加,导致燃料电池输出性能下降。介绍了近年来金属极板耐电化学腐蚀特性的评价方法,并对表面涂层技术按照工艺及基材种类进行了分类总结,指出了金属极板的未来发展方向。
Proton exchange membrane fuel cell is a clean,reliable and efficient energy device that con-verts chemical energy into electrical energy,and its durability is the biggest problem that hinders its commercialization.Among them,the electrode plate is one of the key components of proton exchange membrane fuel cell.The working condition of proton exchange membrane fuel cell is acidic environ-ment,and the corrosion of metal plate will produce ions and lead to catalyst poisoning and inactiva-tion.Or the oxidized metal plate forms a passivation film,causing the interface contact resistance to increase,resulting in a decline in the output performance of the fuel cell.In this paper,the evaluation methods of electrochemical corrosion resistance of metal plate in recent years were introduced,and the surface coating technology was classified and summarized according to the technology and sub-strate type,and the future development direction of metal plate was pointed out.
