基于故障录波的风力发电用箱变的故障诊断与分析

摘要 并网风力发电系统中,箱变是将风力发电机组连接到风电场电力网的主要设备,网络复杂,潜伏着各类电力故障隐患,分析困难。某风力发电用箱变高压熔断器熔断后经更换,再次投运时又发生故障。针对此故障进行了解剖和故障分析,利用故障录波准确捕捉故障时刻的电量变化,结合元器件动作特性,判断故障来源,指出了外部短路是变压器故障的直接原因,并提出了相应的改进措施。研究结果为完善箱变的短路保护和二次投运程序提供了参考,对预防风力发电用箱变运行事故有一定借鉴意义。 In grid connected wind power systems,box transformers are the main equipment that connects wind turbines to the wind farm grid.The network is complex and contains various hidden risks of power failures,making analysis difficult.A box transformer for wind turbine fails again when the high voltage fuse is replaced after fuse failure.The transformer case is dissected and analyzed.Using fault recording to accurately capture the changes in electrical quantity at the time of the fault,combined with the operational characteristics of the components,to determine the source of the fault.It is pointed out that external short circuit is the direct cause of the fault of the transformer,and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.The research results can provide reference for improving the short-circuit protection and secondary operation procedures of box transformer,and have certain reference significance for preventing operational accidents of box transformer or wind turbine.
