摘要 目的探讨案例教学法(Case-based Learning,CBL)联合多学科协作诊疗模式(Multidisciplinary Treat-ment,MDT)在血液病住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)教学中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1—9月南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院血液科进行住培的62名医师为研究对象,按随机数表法机分为研究组和对照组,每组31名。研究组采用CBL联合MDT教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,比较两组出科考试成绩和教学效果。结果研究组的血液病理论知识、临床操作能力、临床诊疗能力成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<均0.05);研究组各项教学效果评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论CBL联合MDT教学法在血液病教学中有利于提升住培医师的成绩和教学满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with multidisciplinary treatment(MDT)in the standardized training and teaching of hematology residents.Methods 62 doctors who received standardized training in the Hematology Department of Huaian First Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a research group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 31 doctors in each group.The research group used CBL combined with MDT teaching method,and the control group used traditional teaching method.The exit examina-tion scores and teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge of hematology,clinical operation ability,and clinical diagnosis and treatment ability of the research group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statically significant(all P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire on the evaluation of teaching effectiveness of the research group were all higher than those of the control group,and the dif-ferences were statically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with MDT teaching method in hematologi-cal disease teaching is beneficial to improving the academic performance of training doctors and teaching satisfaction.
