鸡蛋中氯霉素标准物质的制备及应用

摘要 建立鸡蛋中氯霉素(CAP)标准物质的制备方法。选择健康的产蛋期母鸡,模拟自然环境下的饲养条件,在饲料中添加CAP投喂,收集鸡蛋,去壳,收集蛋液,采用冷冻干燥的方式将蛋液制成冻干粉;再经粉碎、混匀、分装、辐照灭菌制得CAP标准物质。结果表明:在辐照剂量6 kGy、辐照时间10 h的条件下,制得的CAP标准物质的特性值为(880±41)μg/kg,且均匀性与稳定性良好。 A preparation method for chloramphenicol(CAP)standard substance in eggs was established.Healthy laying hens were selected and feeding conditions in natural environment were simulated.CAP was added to feed and eggs were collected and shelled.Egg liquid was collected and made into freezedried powder by freeze-drying.Then the CAP standard substance was prepared by crushing,mixing,packaging and irradiation sterilization.The results showed that under the irradiation dose of 6 kGy and irradiation time of 10 h,the characteristic value of the CAP standard material was(880±41)μg/kg,and the uniformity and stability were good.
