摘要
目的:研究免打孔两点式安全带在躁动患者行高压氧治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年1月接受高压氧治疗的83例躁动患者,根据入舱治疗用车方式不同分为两点式安全带组(41例)及传统组(42例),两点式安全带组采用在上层不锈钢车架与卡槽处加固两条免打孔两点式安全带的平车入舱治疗,传统组采用传统平车入舱治疗。比较2组拔除氧面罩次数、从平车上跌倒或坠落的次数,陪舱家属对患者行高压氧治疗的依从性、舒适度及对医院满意度。结果:两点式安全带组拔除氧面罩以及从平车上跌倒或坠落次数相较于传统组更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两点式安全带组陪舱家属对患者行高压氧治疗的总依从率高于传统组(P<0.05),舒适度评分及对医院总满意率均高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:免打孔两点式安全带可降低躁动患者高压氧治疗中拔除氧面罩次数,提高吸氧效果,改善患者舒适度,提升陪舱家属对患者行高压氧治疗的依从性。
Objective:To study the application effect of hole-free two-point seat belt in hyperbaric oxygen therapy for agitated patients.Methods:A total of 83 cases of agitated patients who received hyperbaric oxygen therapy from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the time of admission to the chamber:two-point safety belt group(41 cases),in the flat car admission therapy using the flat car admission therapy with two no-punching two-point safety belts reinforced in the upper stainless steel frame and the card slot,and the traditional flat car admission therapy group(traditional group,42 cases).The number of oxygen mask removals,the number of falls from the trolley,the adherence to hyperbaric oxygen therapy,the comfort level of the family members accompanying the patients,and the satisfaction level with the hospital between the two groups were compared.Results:The median number of oxygen mask removals and the number of falls in the two-point harness group were fewer than those of the traditional group,with statistical significant(P<0.05).In the two-point harness group,the total compliance rate of family members accompanying the cabin to the patient's hyperbaric oxygen therapy was higher than that of the traditional group(P<0.05),and the comfort score and the total satisfaction rate with the hospital were higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hole-free two-point safety belt can reduce the number of times of removing the oxygen mask during hyperbaric oxygen therapy in agitated patients,improve the effect of oxygen intake,improve the comfort of the patients,and enhance the adherence to hyperbaric oxygen therapy by the family members accompanying the cabin.
