摘要
充分发挥数据要素价值,培育繁荣的数据产业生态是重要依托。我国数据要素产业基础良好,市场初步建立,各级政府和各类企业正在积极围绕数据“供得出”“流得动”“用得好”“能入表”进行积极探索,取得了一定进展。随着数据要素发展的不断深入,还需围绕数据管理、行业应用、数据产业全链条、数据价值显性化等方面继续突破。
Giving full play to the value of data factors and cultivating a prosperous data industry ecology are important supports.China s data factor industry has a solid foundation,and the market has been initially established.Governments at all levels and various enterprises are actively exploring data that is“available”,“flowing”,“well used”,and“able to enter the balance sheet”,some progress has been made.With the continuous in-depth development of data factors,further breakthroughs are needed in areas such as data management,industry applications,the entire data industry chain,and the explicit value of data.
