数字电网在乡村地区的发展路径评价方法 被引量:1

摘要 数字电网是以物理电网为基础,以新一代数字技术与电网技术、业务、生态融合构建的新型能源生态系统,是新型电力系统承载的最佳形态,是未来乡村电网的发展方向。然而,乡村地区的电网发展情况各不相同,建设乡村数字电网需要根据所在地区实际情况出发,针对性的提出不同建设路径。因此,本文提出了一套基于现代化电网指标体系演变而来、涵盖“安全、可靠、绿色、高效、智能、数字”六个方面的乡村数字电网指标体系,并突出“数字”在体系中的权重。通过对南宁某地区乡村数字电网建设状况进行整体评价,得到其评分在“优秀”与“良好”之间,并针对性地提出发展路径建议,力争达到乡村地区数字电网建设效用最大化。 Digital power grid is a new energy ecosystem built on the basis of physical power grid and the integration of new generation digital technology and power grid technology,business,and ecology,which is the best form carried by the new power system and the future development direction of rural power grid.However,the development of power grids in rural areas is different,and the construction of digital power grids in rural areas requires different targeted construction paths based on the actual situation of the region.Therefore,this article proposes a rural digital power grid indicator system based on the evolution of modern power grid indicator system is proposed in this paper,covering six aspects of"security,reliability,green,efficiency,intelligence,and digitalization",and highlights the weight of"digital"in the system.Through the overall evaluation of the construction of the rural digital power grids in a certain area of Nanning,the rating was found to be between"excellent"and"good",and the targeted development path suggestions are proposed to maximize the effectiveness of digital power grid construction in rural areas.
