摘要
测定水质中的钙硬度可以判断水中是否存在对工业系统中各管线、换热器、锅炉水汽管线等设备产生垢类腐蚀情况。特别在工业循环水系统中钙离子是结垢性离子,受热后能与碱度生成碳酸钙沉淀,如果钙离子含量适中,碳酸钙可在金属表面形成保护膜,使金属避免被腐蚀,但钙离子含量过高时,则会形成碳酸钙水垢。探究了用X射线荧光光谱法测定水质中钙硬度含量,并通过与EDTA络合滴定法的数据比对,该方法快速便捷且改善职业健康环境。
The determination of calcium hardness in water can determine whether there is scale corrosion to various pipelines,heat exchangers,boiler steam pipelines and other equipment in the industrial system.Especially in the industrial circulating water system,calcium ions are scaling ions,which can form calcium carbonate precipitation with alkalinity after being heated.If the calcium ion content is moderate,calcium carbonate can form a protective film on the metal surface to prevent corrosion of the metal.However,when the calcium ion content is too high,calcium carbonate scale will be formed.The determination of calcium hardness in water by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was discussed.By comparing the data with EDTA complexometric titration method,this method was fast,convenient and could improve the occupational health environment.
