石化企业LDAR项目实施和日常管理过程质量控制对策

摘要 随着工业发展对环境质量影响加剧以及公众对环境对人体健康影响的关注,挥发性有机物作为形成细颗粒物和臭氧的重要前体物逐步成为污染控制的重点。泄漏检测与维修技术(LDAR)是石化行业挥发性有机物无组织排放的最佳实用控制技术,通过检测装置中易产生挥发性有机物泄漏的密封点,并修复发现的泄漏点,达到污染控制的目的。本文对照LDAR法规要求,分析石化企业在LDAR实施过程中经常出现的问题,提出过程质量控制的对策建议。 With the increasing impact of industrial development on air quality and public concern to the impact of the environment on human health,volatile organic compounds,as an important precursor for the formation of fine particulate matter and ozone,have gradually become the focus of pollution control.Leak Detection and Repair(LDAR)is the best practical control technology for fugitive emissions of volatile organic compounds in the petrochemical industry,achieving the pollution control target by detecting points of potential volatile organic compound leaks and repairing the discovered leak points.The requirements of LDAR regulations was compared,the problems that petrochemical enterprises commonly encounter during the implementation of LDAR was analyzed,and countermeasures and suggestions were proposed for process quality control.
