摘要
针对无线通信网络传输安全态势感知问题,提出了一种基于改进强化学习的方法。首先,对强化学习算法进行了改进设计,以提高其在无线通信网络传输安全态势感知中的性能。其次,构建了无线通信网络传输安全态势感知模型,包括模型架构和奖励函数设计。模型架构主要采用层次化的设计原理,奖励函数则根据安全态势感知的特点进行设计。最后,进行了实验分析,实验结果表明,所提出的模型在无线通信网络传输安全态势感知方面具有较好的性能,能够有效提高网络传输的安全性。
The article proposes a method based on improved reinforcement learning to address the issue of wireless communication network transmission security situational awareness.Firstly,an improved design was made to the reinforcement learning algorithm to enhance its performance in wireless communication network transmission security situational awareness.Then,a wireless communication network transmission security situational awareness model was constructed,including model architecture and reward function design.The model architecture mainly adopts a hierarchical design principle,and the reward function is designed based on the characteristics of security situational awareness.Finally,experimental analysis was conducted,and the results showed that the model proposed in the article has good performance in wireless communication network transmission security situation awareness,which can effectively improve the security of network transmission.
