食品理化检验质量控制与微量元素检验方法研究进展

摘要 食品是保障人们身体健康的重要物质基础,而食品安全又是国家大力发展的基本前提,其关乎企业长远发展,更关系到食用者的生命安全。因此,加强食品理化检验质量控制与微量元素检验方法创新,已经成为我国食品生产企业与行业、相关部门共同关注的焦点问题。近年来,随着食品安全问题不断发生,业内对于食品理化检验质量控制与微量元素检验方法的研究也越来越多。基于此,本文阐述食品理化与微量元素检验的内涵、食品理化检验质量控制方法研究进展、食品微量元素检验方法研究进展,旨在为我国食品理化检验质量控制与微量元素检验方法的创新发展提供启发与思考。 Food is an important material basis to protect the health of the people,and food safety is the basic premise of China’s vigorous development,which is related to the long-term development of enterprises,more related to the life safety of consumers.Therefore,strengthening the quality control of food physical and chemical inspection and the innovation of trace element inspection methods has become the focus of common attention of China’s food production enterprises and industries and relevant departments.In recent years,with the continuous occurrence of food safety problems,more and more research has been done on the quality control of physical and chemical inspection of food and the inspection methods of trace elements in the industry.Based on this,this paper expounds the connotation of food physicochemical inspection and trace element inspection,the research progress of food physicochemical inspection quality control methods,and the research progress of food trace element inspection methods,aiming to provide inspiration and reflection for the innovation and development of food physicochemical inspection quality control and trace element inspection methods in China.
