摘要
区域卫星导航定位基准服务系统协同服务是推动北斗卫星导航系统规模化应用的基础支撑。针对我国区域卫星导航定位基准服务系统协同服务相关标准不完善的问题,本文结合已经实现的省级卫星导航定位基准服务系统互联互通的技术经验,分析跨区域协同服务标准化建设现状和需求,梳理跨区域协同服务标准化在建设、服务及管理等方面存在的技术问题,并提出有益建议,为后期区域卫星导航定位基准服务系统协同服务标准化建设工作提供参考,采用标准化方式促进北斗卫星导航系统深度应用良好局面的形成。
Regional navigation satellite reference service system collaborative service is the fundamental support for promoting large-scale applications of Beidou navigation satellite system.At present,there is a problem of imperfect specifications for regional navigation satellite reference service system collaborative service of our country.Based on the technical experience of achieving interconnection and interoperability of provincial navigation satellite reference service systems,this paper analyzes the status and demand of cross regional collaborative service standardization construction,sorts out the technical problems existing in the construction,service and management of regional system cross regional collaborative service standardization,and proposes some useful suggestions.These works provide a reference for the standardization construction of regional navigation satellite reference service system collaborative service in the later stage,and form a good situation that promotes the deep application of Beidou navigation satellite system by standardization.
