摘要
为进一步提升混凝土的耐久性能,文中主要就水灰比、粉煤灰掺量、用水量及引气剂掺量对桥梁混凝土电通量的影响进行研究。结果表明,水灰比越小、用水量越小、引气剂掺量越多,桥梁混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能越强;水灰比每增加1,桥梁混凝土的电通量增加8702.7 C;用水量每增加1 kg/m^(3),桥梁混凝土的电通量增加25.5 C;曲线下降阶段粉煤灰掺量每增加1%,桥梁混凝土的电通量降低7.7 C;引气剂掺量每增加1%,桥梁混凝土的电通量降低19560 C。为提高桥梁混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能,应尽可能降低桥梁混凝土的水灰比,降低桥梁混凝土中的用水量。
In order to further improve the durability of concrete,this paper mainly studies the effects of water-cement ratio,fly ash content,water consumption and air entrainment agent content on the electric flux of bridge concrete.The results show that the smaller the water-cement ratio,the smaller the water consumption and the more air entrainment agent,the stronger the chloride ion permeation resistance of bridge concrete.The electric flux of bridge concrete increases by 8702.7 C when the water-cement ratio increases by 1.The electric flux of bridge concrete increases by 25.5 C for every 1 kg/m'increase of water consumption.When fly ash content increases by 1%,the electric flux of bridge concrete decreases by 7.7 C.The electric flux of bridge concrete decreases by 19560 C with 1%increase of air entraining agent.In order to improve the resistance of bridge concrete to chloride ion penetration,the water-cement ratio of bridge concrete should be reduced as much as possible,and the water consumption in bridge concrete should be reduced.
