摘要
目前,国内灌浆料力学性能测试过程中对试件尺寸的选取并不统一。为了减少灌浆料力学性能的测试误差,本文将3种等级的水泥基灌浆料分别成型3种尺寸的试件来测试力学性能,研究水泥基灌浆料力学性能尺寸效应的影响规律。结果表明,水泥基灌浆料力学性能测试结果有明显的尺寸效应;尺寸越大,力学性能结果越小;强度越低,尺寸效应越显著;同强度等级范围内的不同尺寸之间存在较规律的换算系数。
At present,the selection of specimen size is not uniform in the process of testing the mechanical properties of grouting materials.In order to reduce the test error of grouting material mechanical properties,three grades of cement-based grouting materials are molded into three sizes of specimens to test the mechanical properties,and the influence law of size effect on mechanical properties of cement-based grouting materials is studied.The results show that there is a significant size effect in the mechanical properties test results.The larger the size,the smaller the mechanical properties result.The lower the strength,the more significant the size effect.There is a regular conversion coefficient between different sizes within the same strength grade range.
