摘要
目的:观察针对性健康宣教在老年慢性病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九二三医院收治的老年慢性病患者96例作为研究对象,以随机抽签法分成对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组实施常规慢性病知识宣传,观察组实施针对性健康宣教。比较两组患者满意度、健康知识知晓程度、依从性。结果:观察组满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0193);干预后,两组健康基础知识、健康技能、健康生活方式与行为、健康素养评分均高于干预前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组遵医服药、定期复查、合理饮食、康复锻炼、卫生清洁评分均高于干预前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年慢性病患者采取针对性健康宣教后,患者的健康知识知晓程度、治疗依从性、满意度均提高,效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective:To observe the effect of targeted health education in elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods:A total of ninety-six elderly patients with chronic diseases admitted to the 923 Hospital of Chinese People's Liberation Army Joint Logistic Support Force from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random drawing method,with forty-eight cases in each group.The control group carried out routine chronic disease knowledge publicity,and the observation group carried out targeted health education.The satisfaction,health knowledge awareness and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results:The satisfaction rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0193);after intervention,the scores of basic health knowledge,health skills,healthy lifestyle and behavior,and health literacy in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of compliance with medicine,regular review,reasonable diet,rehabilitation exercise and hygiene in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After targeted health education for elderly patients with chronic diseases,patients'health knowledge awareness,treatment compliance and satisfaction are improved,and the effect is significant,worthy of clinical promotion.
