基于LTC5800的无线电池管理系统设计

摘要 传统的储能电池管理系统(Battery Management System,BMS)普遍采用三级架构,结构复杂,安装和维护难度较大,为此,开发了基于LTC5800的无线BMS。系统采用双层架构,将所有子设备置于同一逻辑层,减少数据转发次数,降低系统的复杂性;采用无线智能组网技术实现各逻辑层间的数据通信,简化了电池储能系统的设计和安装难度。实验结果显示,无线BMS电池单体电压采集精度可达±2 mV,单体温度采集精度为±0.7℃,总电压采集精度为±0.13%,充/放电电流采集精度为±0.5%,数据的无线轮询周期为600 ms。 Traditional energy storage battery management system(BMS)generally adopt three-tier architecture,which is complex and difficult to install and maintain.A wireless BMS based on LTC5800 was developed.This system adopted a two-tier architecture,which placed all sub-devices in the same logical layer,reduced the number of data forwarding times,and lowered the complexity of the system.The wireless intelligent networking technology was adopted to realize data communication between logical layers,which eliminated the need to arrange physical communication lines and simplified the hardware design and installation of the BMS.Experimental results showed that the cell voltage detection accuracy of the wireless BMS of up to ±2 mV,cell temperature detection accuracy of up to ±0.7℃,the total voltage detection accuracy of up to ±0.13%,current detection accuracy of up to ±0.5%,the data of the wireless polling cycle of 600 ms.
