基于PSOC^(TM)62处理器的谐波发生器设计

摘要 治理电力谐波比较有效的方法就是加装有源电力滤波器(APF)。检验APF设备滤波效果需要用到谐波发生装置,其发出的谐波注入电网,通过APF检测谐波大小并产生与谐波发生装置大小相等、方向相反的谐波信号,在并网处叠加抵消达到治理谐波的目的。本文基于PSOCTM 62处理器设计了一套谐波发生器,采用3路互补通道脉宽调制(PWM)信号驱动功率管(IGBT)实现谐波电流的波形合成,支持2-31次谐波单次生成或多次叠加生成,支持基波频率为50Hz或60Hz,通过搭建实验平台验证了谐波发生器的功能和可行性。 The most effective way to control power harmonics is to install an active power filter(APF).To test the filtering effect of APF equipment,a harmonic generation device is required.The harmonics emitted by the device are injected into the power grid,and the APF detects the magnitude of the harmonics and generates harmonic signals that are equal in size and opposite in direction to the harmonic generation device.The harmonic is then superimposed and cancelled at the grid connection point to achieve the goal of harmonic control.This article designs a harmonic generator based on the PSOCTM 62 processor,which uses three complementary channel pulse width modulation(PWM)signals to drive the power transistor(IGBT)to achieve waveform synthesis of harmonic current.It supports single generation or multiple superposition generation of 2-31 harmonics,and supports fundamental frequencies of 50Hz or 60Hz.The function and feasibility of the harmonic generator are verified by building an experimental platform.
