摘要
声屏障在长期服役过程中需要进行日常维护,以保障其降噪效果和结构稳定性,对其表观检查是日常维护巡查工作的重要环节。基于高速铁路运营列车,研究采用高速相机进行不同焦距组合、高帧率拍摄及成像参数优化等技术,解决列车高速运行拍摄时产生的图片模糊等问题,提出一种实时分析声屏障表观状态的图像检测技术。该技术可全面记录测试区段声屏障的细致外观,拍摄的声屏障图像进行深度分析后可用于定量评价声屏障表观缺陷种类和严重程度,实现高速状态下声屏障表观状态的快速有效检测。
Noise barriers require regular maintenance during their long-term service to ensure their structural stability and effectiveness in noise reduction.Surface appearance inspection is important in daily maintenance.This paper introduces a real-time image inspection method for analyzing the apparent state of noise barriers.Based on the high-speed railway operation trains,using high-speed cameras mounted on a locomotive to capture images of the noise barriers.It combines different focal lengths,shooting at high frame rate and optimizing imaging parameters to solve the problem of blurred pictures caused by running high-speed train.This technology can comprehensively record the detailed appearance of noise barriers during the maintenance,quantitatively assess the stability and integrity of the structure components,and effectively achieve rapid detection of the surface appearance of noise barriers on high-speed train.
