摘要
目前,人口老龄化问题愈加严峻,且吉林省并没有形成一种具有可及性的、普适性的养老模式,而传统的家庭养老模式和机构养老模式并不足以解决吉林省的养老问题。因此,有必要将居家养老与智慧养老两种模式结合,探索“居家帮扶型”智慧养老模式的理论内涵、发展现状及当前存在的问题。文章根据存在的问题提出三个解决对策,以期推动“居家帮扶型”智慧养老模式的发展。
At present,the aging problem is becoming more and more severe,but Jilin Province has not formed an accessible and universal pension mode,and the traditional family pension mode and institutional pension mode are not enough to solve the pension problem in Jilin Province.Therefore,it is necessary to combine the two modes of home-based care and smart care,explore the theoretical connotation,development status and existing problems of the smart mode of“home-based care with assistance”.This paper puts forward three solutions according to the existing problems,hoping to promote the development of the smart pension mode of“home-based care with assistance”.
