摘要
机械打捆裹膜的裹包青贮饲料密封性好,适宜饲料发酵,已在市场中广泛使用。目前,我国裹包青贮饲料机械装备的关键技术发展缓慢,整机装备存在工作效率低、可靠性不高、控制技术与智能技术不够完善等问题。在分析青贮饲料收获机与打捆裹膜机的关键技术和国内外发展现状的基础上,阐述我国现阶段裹包青贮饲料技术存在的问题,并对裹包青贮饲料技术提出展望,以期为青贮饲料收获和打捆裹膜机械装备的改进创新提供参考。
Mechanical baling and wrapping of wrapped silage has good sealing,suitable for feed fermentation,and has been widely used in the market.At present,China's key technology development of wrapping silage machinery and equipment is slow,the whole machine and equipment there are low efficiency,reliability is not high,control technology and intelligent technology is not perfect and other issues.In this paper,on the basis of analysing the key technology of silage harvesting machine and baling and wrapping machine and the current development situation at home and abroad,it elaborates on the problems existing in China's current stage of wrapping silage technology and puts forward the prospect of wrapping silage technology,in order to provide reference for the improvement and innovation of silage harvesting and baling and wrapping machinery and equipment.
